Bella Sway Extend Your Stay Incentives:

"10 for 10" - 10% off each night if you book 10-14 nights

"15 for 15" - 15% off each night if you book 15-19 nights

"20 for 20" - 20% off each night if you book 20-29 nights

When you plug in your dates and you have 10 or more nights, your discount will be automatically applied.

Cleaning Fee: $150 Cleaning Fee will be included in your Quote/Booking.

Tax: A Belize Tourist Accommodation Tax of 9% will be included in your Quote/Booking.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

• All Bookings are done through Bella Sway's secure website, www.BellaSwayBelize.com.
• A Legal Agreement is generated based on the criteria at the time of booking.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. NO checks.
• 50% is required up front at the time of booking.
• The second Payment is due 30 days before arrival and is collected automatically.
• Guest Instructions are automatically sent with Check-in instructions, Directions to Bella Sway, WiFi Information and the digital copy of the House Welcome Book.
• A $300 security deposit is held 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending no damages occurred and the terms of the rental agreement were met.
